Group Classes
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the first session for a full tuition refund, excluding the non-refundable registration fee.
Private Tutoring
We require 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. Failure to provide notice results in the session being charged in full.
Digital Products
Self-paced modules and downloadable content are non-refundable once the access key has been activated.
